I’m sure I speak for many of you when I say how much I hated oatmeal is a kid. Am I right? I’m not sure if it’s a natural coming of age or a right of passage into adulthood, but suddenly I don’t hate it anymore. There are a lot of ways to make such a simple dish, my favorite way is to mix raw oatmeal with unsweetened original almond milk. Usually I’m in a hurry and just pop it in the microwave for about a minute and a half to two minutes. While it’s in the microwave, I prepare my toppings.
